How does this service work?

This service is provided through SVIsual, a video call service, developed by the CNSE FOUNDATION FOR THE SUPPRESSION OF COMMUNICATION BARRIERS that enables communication between people with a hearing disability and the Adeslas Dental customer service (hereinafter “SAC”) through making available, through a video call platform, from a sign language interpreter.
Users will be able to access the service through the Adeslas Dental website.
When a user accesses the platform, they will communicate with a person who will perform the function of sign language interpreter and who, on behalf of the user, will contact the SAC acting as the user's translator. The interpreter will transmit the user's instructions and information to the SAC agent.
Once the service is accessed, the user will be assisted by a qualified sign language interpreter, who will introduce himself and explain the interpretation process.
The interpreter will be in charge of connecting simultaneously with the SAC by telephone, maintaining the connection with the user through the platform. During communication with the SAC, you will be given information about the use of your data and the interpreter will faithfully translate the user's words from sign language to spoken language and vice versa, allowing fluid and understandable communication between both parties.
The interpretation in Spanish sign language carried out by the interpreter between the user and the SAC will enjoy full legal validity and presumption of authenticity and veracity, unless proven otherwise by the user.

What are the requirements to access the service?
