You can easily view your appointments from our website through the direct access “GO TO YOUR APPOINTMENT”.
If you are insured by Adeslas and booked the appointment identifying yourself as such, your appointments are stored in your Customer Area, where you can view, modify and cancel them by logging in with your user account and clicking on the “My appointments” section. If you are not insured by Adeslas and booked the appointment by filling in the guest form with your details, you will need to manage this by phone through the dental appointment service by calling 900 22 99 22 or in person at the Adeslas Dental Clinic.
In compliance with the Organic Data Protection Law (LOPD), you can only view appointments that are for you or that you have directly booked for third parties, whether beneficiaries or not. Appointments booked by beneficiaries themselves, by phone or in person at the clinic are excluded from this access.

Before requesting an appointment with a specialist (orthopantomography), you must first book a “First Visit” with a dentist so they can open your file and assess your case. After this first visit, you will then be able to request this type of appointment.
Radiological tests must be prescribed by a dentist. If you do not have a prescription, you should request a “First General Dentistry Visit” so that a dentist can confirm the most appropriate radiological test for your case.
For legal reasons, minors must be accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian so they can authorise any consultations or treatments that may be required.
We recommend attending your appointment without companions, except in the case of minors, dependent persons or people with disabilities. We appreciate your cooperation.
The best option is to make sure there are no pending updates. Simply close your browser and access the Adeslas Dental website again.
To attend your dental emergency or consultation, it is necessary to book an appointment in advance by calling 900 229 922 in order to ensure compliance with the COVID-19 safety measures. For more information, please visit our Emergency page.
At Adeslas Dental, the safety and health of our patients and staff are our top priority. We apply safety and hygiene measures in all our clinics, including strict instrument sterilisation protocols and maintenance and hygiene procedures for our facilities.
